Non-Cohort Schools – Sustaining Exemplar Recognition

To be identified as a Sustaining Exemplar School, schools needed to have completed training and demonstrate continued implementation of SW-PBIS with fidelity. In the application, schools document the work of their leadership team, a data system measuring effort, fidelity and outcome data, a system of data analysis and action planning, sustainability efforts, and giving back at the local, state or national level. The following types of schools are eligible to apply:
- Cohort schools (those that have completed a two-year training sequence with the state or a regional implementation project).
- Non-cohort schools (those that have received training through a source other than the state or a regional training implementation project).
Use PBISEvalMN to Prepare
Use the TFI, BoQ or SET at least once this school year for action planning so that you have information that you need to reach or sustain fidelity, and improve student outcomes. Once you are at fidelity, please consider sharing your implementation story with other schools in your area.
Network with Others
You can use the Event Calendars webpage to find opportunities to network with other schools or districts.
You can also share with others via social media like Twitter and Facebook using the hashtag #pbisMN.
Apply in February
The application for schools and districts is posted in February on our homepage, and on the Sustaining Exemplar Recognition Page. More details here.
